I went to WW today for my first weigh in I was praying for a lost but I knew I had been eating bad a lot of white bread and honey & butter. But thankfully being back to the gym and doing classes I did manage to loose 500grams :) So I'm extremely lucky.
I have set my goal at 69kgs 47kgs to go :) New you here I come :)
