I finally bit the bullet and signed up to weight watchers ( I did say several years ago that I would never sign up with them again ) But I do have a little bit of the mission hopefully I can get mum on board where she follows the diet at home and weighs in at home and I wiegh in on Tuesday mornings.at the meetings I like the idea of having to weigh in in front of someone. The Tuesday morning group is so welcoming and nice :)
I will use my old food tracker from my PT and follow the diet she gave me but I can get portion sizes from WW. So hopefully this is a win win for both me and mum :)
I weighed in at 116.5kgs and my new goal weight is 68kgs OMFG can I really get that low ??????? It's not far off Boo ( My nieces wedding in January ) I want to look stunning for it :) New dress hair done & make up.
My personal goal is to loose every week track my food & excerise :) So my Tweed family say OMG you have lost more :)
I had a great night I watched my friends 3 boys while she went and made a ginger bread house :) tired now so going to sleep night all :)
