Vision Boards

I have been compiling 2 vision boards one  is to finish December 2011

  • Bridge Climb
  • To weigh 98kgs
  • New hair style ............ Time  to loose the ponytail ( Those that now me it been around for years) 
  • Hairspray (The musical) 
  • Cake decorating beginners course.  
  • Weekend in Melbourne
  • Apply to Uni here and in Brisbane.
  • Plus a few  ones I want  to  keep just for me.

Other is December 2012. 

  • Win the new you competition. 
  • Overseas holiday New Zealand (both Islands)  or Vietnam. New Zealand for adventure and fun :) Vietnam course it's always been a place  I would love  to visit.  
  • Annie Musical 
  • Have a birthday party ................ I normally don't  like  birthdays.  (Heaps of planning  done today ........ I'm actually excited about it)
  • Plus others that  are  personal  for me.
  • To finish my scrapbook Album of my journey
My PT spoke  to  me  about  the vision boards being important to getting  to  your  goals. Along  the way  you can see what  you have achieved and still have  to achieve.  Reaching goals you want to achieve.

So I am doing  it  on 12 by 12 cardboard  so I can put them into my scrapbook album when it  has finished otherwise  they  will be  on show for me to see each  day :)  They should be finished this weekend when I can spread my wings  while I'm house sitting this weekend :) ............... If  your having trouble getting  to  your  goal  try  a vision board it can't hurt :)  I have just started reading The serecet They also  talk about vision boards.

Ask me at the end of December how  the vision  board  has worked for me .......... I know  it's going to  be  great.

My food has been great today :) so has my water intake.

Excerise for today was combat & cycle.

Power of postive thinking ......

Positive thinking  is  something  I lost  in  this  journey at  the  beginning  you  couldn't  break  me then  over  time  I  let  things  break  me.  Now  is  the  time to  take  that back and own  it.

I can  do  this and  I can  do  this  well. I  prove  that to myself.

I will be loosing 2kgs  each week to reach my goal of 98kgs.

I have  to learn on  the  days  I  doubt myself  that  I have  the inner strength  to  stay strong  and  stay away  from temptation. Each  day I need  to plan  what I'm going to  eat and what excerise I am doing. There a saying ..............  If you fail  to plan you plan to fail .............................. I think that's right correct me if I'm wrong.

Positive thinking Kate is  back and back  to stay.


Update

I have finally  had a great  day  with food .................. Many more  to come. :)

Week 1 ...................... Day 1

Day 1

I weighed in today a little scarey as I hit a mark  I didn't want to but I know I will  be  back  in the teens again. My  weight today  is 121.2kgs.

My excerise for today .............. PT & Body Attack Class.

Food was good but  there  room for improvement. 

I have relaised now  that I have  to reward myself for doing this journey as it  is one mighty hard  one  but  so worth it.

  • Bridge climb ( has been something  I want  and need to  do but  I have  first  get  to 98kgs before I can book it. Cause I can guarantee that  when I reach the  top there  will be  a few  tears shed  but from pure happiness :) that I finally get  to do climb)
  • Kayaking on Sydney harbour
  • Ice skating 
  • roller coaster ( Luna Park Melbourne with Trudy :) ....... I can't wait lots  of screams to  be had and I hope I don't throw up .lol lol lol ) 
  • Jet boating 
  • bungee jumping  
  • Go Kart racing ( That's the big kid  in me )
  • White water rafting at Penrith be heaps  of fun I think lol lol lol. 
  • I'm sure  I could think  of some other stuff as well.but  I will  cross  these  off  first. Then make a whole  new  list of things :)

The day before my 12 week challenge

I have thought  of  many great excuses about why I'm not loosing weight and the plain truth  is I just need to give up what I shouldn't be eating  and get back  on track and like my  best  friend likes to tell me all the time is  to Suck  it up PRINCESS ............ cause I now I can do it and will do it. ...... I snack all the times I eat way too many sugary foods and make many  the wrong choices  which  I now  is wrong now  is  the  time to own  it. Make my life mine.

As of  Monday I'm back  to eating fresh and healthy and minimal sugar. I have made a promise to myself I will fill in my food and excerise dairy. For 12 weeks I won't put  on weight & that I will hit the  double digits of 98kgs  that  way  I  will have hit 75kgs weight loss as well :) No more excuses  it's time  to  do it.

I finish this challenge with  a weigh in  on Monday 21st November 2011. My reward  will be the weekend of 26th or 27th November I will be climbing  the  harbour bridge. As it  is something  I want and need to do. This will be  the  start  of  my  many  new adventures  to  be had by me :)

Just want to wish my God daughter Emma a very happy 10th birthday (For Sunday)
