Positive thinking is something I lost in this journey at the beginning you couldn't break me then over time I let things break me. Now is the time to take that back and own it.
I can do this and I can do this well. I prove that to myself.
I will be loosing 2kgs each week to reach my goal of 98kgs.
I have to learn on the days I doubt myself that I have the inner strength to stay strong and stay away from temptation. Each day I need to plan what I'm going to eat and what excerise I am doing. There a saying .............. If you fail to plan you plan to fail .............................. I think that's right correct me if I'm wrong.
Positive thinking Kate is back and back to stay.

I have finally had a great day with food .................. Many more to come. :)
