Friday

I had  a  lovely  day  with  my  niece Boo getting stuff  done  for  her wedding  it  was great  and  heaps  of  fun It  was  great  just  to  hang  out  with  her  and  her daughter. Boo coloured my hair I must  say  for  a  first  time  colouring hair has  turned out Brilliant and I love it :)

Tonight  I  went  to fox studios it's  called  something  else  now  but it  will  always  be Fox to  me :) We went  to  strike  bowling Food  was good we bowled sang karaoke Pool it was  heaps  of  fun  I  had  a  great  night  out.

I need to get out  and  about more amongst strangest so  I  learn to  mingle  again  :)  I must  say  for  someone  who  wasn't  going  to  make any new  friends  at  the  gym  I'm currently  at I'm  doing  pretty  well and  that  truly makes  me happy :) 

Food : ok 

Excerise: Bowling  ................  otherwise nothing a  little  bit  of walking.
