Today sucked lol lol lol I just couldn't think straight or concentrate on PT but I made it I thought I really could have walked away but I keep on saying to myself I'm no quitter so I continue on. But I am feeling like a huge failure ( Not with the weightloss ) I will make this goal I know I will. It's something I'm not going to disgust but one thing I have learnt is that I'm stronger for going thru it appericate all that we do have.
