Saturday

I have hurt  my calf  muscle again which totally  sucks :( I still might  go  and  cycle  tomorrow depends how my  leg  feels.

Nothing  exciting  going  on  at  the moment.

Food: Not the greatest.

Excerise: Crossfit ( lots of running ) & Combat  ................ No zumba due  to  my  sore calf.
