My old heading for my 12 week challenge

I started this journey at 173.5kgs ... I joined fernwood won NSW title  for there foxy challenge ... lost a total of 62.5kgs ... Then went to Fitness first where depression consume  my  life for a  while I now  have  that under control :) ... Now I'm on my  way  to winning the New  you competition for 2012 :) starting right now with my 12 week challenge :)
